1. We will send you our business registration license issued by Hong Kong Government, and you can check from Hong Kong official website. (All English)

2. We will send you certified passport photocopy of our legal person of the business registration. We can have online video meeting to check the face of the legal person with passport photo.

3. We will send you our authorization certificate issued by Vanuatu Government, and you can call the Vanuatu Government authority to check.

4. We will sign formal service agreement with you to clarify detailed responsibilities including FULL-refund in case of failure of application.

5. You pay 50% first before we submit your application, and you can call Vanuatu Immigration Authority to check your submission before you pay the second 50%. All payment will be paid to our business bank account at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong.

6. If you apply for Vanuatu Permanent Residency, your new Permanent Residency Card will be delivered directly from Vanuatu to your address, and you can check the online DHL or FedEx courier record.
